Job Summary
Assistance in construction and maintenance of residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities
Must be dependable and reliable, have reliable transportation, and able to fulfill at least a 40 hour work week with occasional overtime. Must demonstrate job site awareness for the safety of self and others.
Education/Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position within the limits of the law.
Skills/Qualifications
General labor, ability to read tape measure, general knowledge of proper use of hand and power tools, must be able to pay attention to detail.
